Progression Strategy
Our 3-year strategy brings five guiding principles designed to bring inclusive sand volleyball courts to action and embodies our philosophy with supporting key initiatives to deliver a value, comprehensive and sustainable model for equality in sports.
- Identify and brings in all Stakeholders and Allies of Beach Volleyball through “grow the sport” awareness and education
- Establish a Beach Volleyball atmosphere that creates room for all though thoughtful, strategic outreach and transparent governance
- Bring training and clinic opportunity to potential Beach Volleyball in underrepresented communities
- Create collaborative partnerships with the leading Beach Volleyball organizations and school systems to support a broader base of athlete
- Design and deliver Beach Volleyball programs to improve equity and address inequality and are adaptable to all communities and demographics with leveraged best practices that drive success
